Westside Family Healthcare in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Dentist to deliver primary dental services within its community-based primary care medical home. This full-time, hourly role includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus and hourly compensation, plus a comprehensive benefits package and generous PTO. The Dentist will examine, diagnose, and treat oral health conditions, provide preventive and prosthodontic care, and develop patient-centered treatment plans. The position involves close collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer to integrate oral health with primary care, participation in quality improvement, and supervision or mentoring of dental staff and residents. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD, be able to obtain a Delaware license, maintain BLS certification, and travel between worksites as needed.
