Registered Dental Assistant - Oral Surgery

The Registered Dental Assistant – Oral Surgery will support surgeons chairside, maintain sterile technique, monitor patient status, and ensure accurate documentation for a fast-paced oral surgery practice in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This full-time, in-person position is based at 2300 S 58th St, Suite C, and offers hourly compensation. The role requires an Arkansas RDA license, radiology certification, BLS (or completion within one month), strong manual dexterity, and attention to detail. Previous oral surgery experience, DAANCE, EHR familiarity, or IV sedation skills are preferred.
