Mann Family Dental in Wasilla, AK seeks a dynamic and organized dental receptionist to serve as the friendly first point of contact for patients and support efficient front-desk operations. The role encompasses greeting and checking in patients, managing appointment scheduling with practice management software, handling multi-line phone systems, and conducting insurance verification and basic medical billing. Candidates should have proven experience in a dental or medical office, familiarity with dental terminology and HIPAA regulations, and proficiency with clerical tasks; experience with Open Dental is highly preferred.
