The position offers a competitive compensation range of $120,000–$250,000 annually, paid as 35–40% of net production, plus benefits including medical, dental, 401(k) with match, and paid CE. The clinician will deliver patient-focused care, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate records in Open Dental while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The practice provides advanced clinical tools such as CBCT, digital scanning, Invisalign, and guided implant surgery, along with a structured six-month mentoring program and a future partnership opportunity.
