Dental Receptionist

Endodontics Specialists of Missouri in East St. Louis, IL is seeking a friendly, organized Dental Receptionist to join their team. This full-time front-desk position supports patient care and office flow in an endodontic practice. Core duties include greeting patients, managing appointments and provider schedules, handling calls and electronic communications, verifying insurance and authorizations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant records. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort using computers and Microsoft Office; prior experience with dental practice management software and insurance/billing is preferred.
