Dental Sterilization Technician to Join Our Team in Bend!

We are hiring a full-time Dental Sterilization Technician to support clinical operations and uphold strict infection-control standards. This role focuses on cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, packaging, and organizing instruments and supplies to ensure efficient patient flow and safety. The position is four days per week and requires in-person work. Key responsibilities include operating and monitoring sterilization equipment, maintaining accurate logs, stocking treatment rooms, monitoring inventory, and helping maintain clinical cleanliness while following CDC/ADA/ODA/OSHA protocols. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; prior dental or healthcare sterilization experience is preferred but training is available for the right applicant.
