Associate Dentist

Seeking a General Dentist to join an established, well-equipped practice committed to high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work alongside the owner and colleagues to provide thoughtful treatment planning, deliver excellent restorative dentistry, and promote a positive patient experience. The ideal provider is compassionate, gentle, dependable, communicates clearly, and is comfortable treating children. Candidates must hold an active Illinois dental license and maintain CPR, DEA, NPI, and malpractice coverage. Familiarity with Dentrix or Eaglesoft is preferred, and new graduates are encouraged to apply. This contract role includes mentorship and training in both general and advanced dentistry to support professional growth. Compensation is performance-based with strong earning potential, with an annual range of $200,000–$350,000. This is an in-person position supported by a skilled clinical team and modern digital x-ray technology.
