We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a busy general practice with a strong focus on cosmetic dentistry and implant work. The position emphasizes hands-on cosmetic procedures, including a unique 30-minute “smile test drive” preview technique, and offers a supportive team environment with modern equipment and an established patient base. New graduates with interest in cosmetics and implants are welcome, and mentorship is provided. Clinically, you’ll deliver elective cosmetic and implant treatments, participate in patient-centered care, and take part in the practice’s advanced esthetic workflows. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited program and have or be eligible for a state dental license. Interest or experience in cosmetics and implants is preferred, and there is a clear path to ownership after one year. Compensation is production-based at 30% of collections, with strong earning potential and a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over two years. The role is full time with a four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) and includes mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities for career growth and ownership.
