Associate Dentist

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a long-established, privately owned multi-doctor practice that emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration, and sustainable growth. The position suits experienced clinicians as well as strong recent graduates seeking mentorship and support; the practice offers modern technology (including CBCT and digital dentistry), a steady patient base, and many specialty procedures performed in-house. Clinical responsibilities include delivering high-quality, patient-centered general dentistry, collaborating with experienced colleagues, and participating in a flexible Monday–Friday schedule. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited school and either have or be able to obtain a New Jersey dental license; residency or prior clinical experience is preferred but exceptional new graduates are welcome. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. Compensation begins with a daily guaranteed rate transitioning to a percentage-based model, with health insurance and retirement options available.
