Associate Dentist

Join a well-established, fee-for-service general dentistry practice seeking a compassionate Associate Dentist to provide high-quality care in a modern, fully digital office. You’ll work with a large, loyal patient base and a skilled support team across 12 operatories, offering multi-specialty services including Invisalign, implants, endodontics, pediatric care and extractions. New graduates are welcome. The role includes delivering comprehensive restorative and preventive care, working Tuesday–Friday, and collaborating with specialists and hygienists on treatment plans. A GPR or AEGD is preferred but not required; strong communication skills, a commitment to ongoing learning, and the ability to build patient relationships are essential. The practice provides a guaranteed assistant and mentorship opportunities. Compensation features a competitive base guarantee plus a percentage of collections, CE allowance, and malpractice coverage.
