Associate Dentist

An Associate Dentist position is available in a full-time role at a private practice in Cynthiana, KY (approximately 45 minutes from Lexington). The modern, fully digital office features updated technology, Dentrix software, and a small supportive team including hygienists and an assistant. The associate will provide general dentistry — including routine restorative care, simple endodontics, and extractions — and will collaborate with staff while working independently (no other dentist on site). Compensation includes hourly/percentage of collections with a daily minimum guarantee for the first six months, a CE allowance, and a potential path to partnership. Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD (new graduates welcome; up to 12 years’ experience preferred) and demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills.
