Seeking a general dentist to join a busy, well-equipped practice with flexible weekday and Saturday hours. Typical schedule includes full days Monday, Wednesday and Friday (8:00–17:00), extended hours available Tuesday and Thursday (8:00–20:00), and Saturdays 9:00–15:00 with an expectation to work two Saturdays per month. Mentorship in advanced procedures is available for dentists who want to expand skills in implants, endodontics and fixed prosthetics. Providers are paid 30% of collections on a bi-weekly basis, with an offered guaranteed daily draw of $500 and no lab fee deductions. The lead clinician provides hands-on teaching and support, and there is an opportunity to pursue partnership after a successful 12-month period.
