Experienced Associate Dentist

We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a supportive, team-oriented practice. This full-time role offers full clinical autonomy and a four-day, weekday schedule (no weekends), allowing for a strong work-life balance. The office is equipped with modern digital technology, including CBCT, intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, and AI tools to enhance diagnostics and treatment planning. You will deliver comprehensive general dentistry—including restorative care, extractions, dentures, anterior/premolar/molar endodontics, and implant treatment—while educating patients, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with clinical and administrative staff. Candidates must hold a DMD or DDS from an accredited school, possess an active Utah dental license, and demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills. Compensation is production-based with an annual earning potential of $250,000–$300,000+ and a guaranteed daily minimum during the initial 90 days. The practice provides experienced administrative support and a team of assistants and hygienists to help you focus on patient care and professional growth.
