Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate General Dentist to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care and support the growth of the practice. The role involves diagnosing and treating a broad range of oral health issues, performing routine exams and preventive services, developing individualized treatment plans, and interpreting diagnostic imaging. You’ll collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and specialists to ensure seamless care while maintaining accurate records and following infection-control and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate holds a DMD or DDS from an accredited school, demonstrates strong general dentistry skills, and communicates effectively with patients and team members. Previous practice experience is a plus but not required; commitment to ongoing education, professionalism, and teamwork is essential. Responsibilities include patient education, addressing concerns compassionately, and participating in continuing education to stay current with dental advances.
