Dental Assistant - Brand New Office

Join a brand-new dental practice as a full-time Dental Assistant and help establish clinical operations from day one. You’ll work closely with the lead general dentist to support restorative, surgical, and general procedures, maintain treatment rooms, perform X-rays where permitted, and contribute to a welcoming patient experience. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient workflows and being part of a growing team. The ideal candidate has prior dental assisting experience, is confident with chairside duties, and understands sterilization and infection-control protocols. X-ray certification as required by New York State is needed, and availability Monday–Saturday is required. Strong communication, reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude are essential; Spanish/English bilingualism is strongly preferred. Compensation ranges from $25–$30 per hour depending on experience. The position is in-person and offers opportunities for growth as the practice expands.
