DENTIST - $200k Salary

Join a fast-paced, technology-forward dental practice as a full-time Associate Dentist where new graduates are welcome. This role offers mentorship, a collaborative team environment, and access to modern tools like CBCT, digital x-rays, and intraoral scanners to support high-quality patient care and professional growth. You will provide comprehensive general dentistry to a varied patient population, develop treatment plans, educate patients on oral health, and coordinate care with the clinical team. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD, an active Virginia license (DEA), strong communication skills, and ideally some familiarity with Eaglesoft; administrative and business tasks are handled by the practice so you can focus on clinical work. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary with tiered production bonuses and reported earning potential over $200K in year one, along with medical and malpractice insurance, paid time off, CE opportunities, and clear pathways to leadership. This is an in-person, full-time position.
