Dentist Partner

We are seeking a full-time Associate General Dentist to join a modern, fully digital practice. This role suits new graduates seeking mentorship as well as experienced clinicians desiring clinical autonomy within a doctor-led team. You’ll work with advanced technology and be part of a collaborative staff focused on high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive general dentistry services—diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing restorative and preventive procedures—while educating patients and coordinating with the team to ensure outstanding experiences. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD from an accredited school, an active state dental license and DEA, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus. The position offers a guaranteed base salary plus production-based monthly bonuses, with first-year earning potential over $200,000.
