Role Overview

You will lead and coordinate a team of dental professionals, diagnose and develop treatment plans using accepted clinical and radiographic methods, and refer to specialists when appropriate. Maintaining a sterile, compliant office environment in accordance with regulatory standards (OSHA, HIPAA, state dental board, etc.) is required. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a state dental license, demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire for ongoing professional growth.
The position offers a production-based compensation model with a guaranteed competitive base in the range of $150K–$250K annually, flexible scheduling, and structured mentorship and clinical education from experienced leaders.
