Dental Front Desk

MINT Dentistry in Norwood, OH seeks a full-time Dental Front Desk Patient Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of the practice, managing patient flow, scheduling, check-in/out, payments, and supporting the clinical team. The role requires strong multitasking and customer service skills, a warm, outgoing demeanor, and comfort with occasional social media and brand-representation activities. Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of customer service experience; dental front desk experience is a plus.
