Role Overview
Join a fast-paced periodontal and implant surgery practice as a dental assistant, supporting a team of four surgeons in a modern, newly renovated office equipped with current technology. This role requires a motivated, caring, and dependable professional who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
You must have at least one year of dental assistant experience (surgery-specific experience preferred and will command higher starting pay). Key duties include chairside four-handed assisting, instrument and equipment setup and sterilization, taking intraoral and panoramic/CT radiographs (Dexis experience preferred), providing post-op instructions, maintaining treatment rooms, and occasionally helping the front desk with calls and scheduling. Strong organizational skills, familiarity with dental terminology and infection control, good computer literacy (Dentrix experience a plus), excellent communication, and attention to detail are essential.
Compensation ranges from $25–$30 per hour, and the position includes 401(k), paid time off, and bonus opportunities. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. If you meet the requirements and enjoy a friendly, team-oriented workplace, please submit your resume.
