Associate Dentist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join a growing, team-focused practice. The ideal clinician will deliver comprehensive general and surgical dental care, build strong patient relationships, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered culture. Responsibilities include diagnosis and treatment of oral disease, restorative procedures (fillings, crowns), endodontics and extractions, administration of local anesthesia and sedation, prescribing medications, interpreting radiographs, and developing individualized treatment plans. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school and maintain active CPR certification. Strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and adherence to office, state, and ADA regulations are required. The role emphasizes thorough recordkeeping, patient education, and participation in quality-focused team care. Compensation is offered on a per diem basis, ranging from $900–$1,000 per day depending on experience, with additional bonus opportunities.
