Role Overview

Join a growing implant-focused practice as a surgical dental assistant supporting surgeons and restorative dentists in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role you’ll prepare and break down operatories, assist during implant procedures, take impressions and intraoral photos, perform X-rays/CBCT imaging, adjust and reline prostheses, place supply orders, and provide clear pre- and post-op instructions while maintaining sterilization protocols and excellent patient communication. Candidates should be a Registered Dental Assistant with required certifications and BLS (AHA or Red Cross), be proactive and dependable, and comfortable with a variety of clinical and administrative tasks including scheduling and inventory management. The position benefits from on-site and regional mentorship from experienced dental assistant leaders to support skill development and career growth. Compensation includes a $24–$46 hourly range (base $24–$32/hr) plus substantial monthly, quarterly, and retention bonuses that can significantly raise take-home pay, along with an anniversary bonus.
