Associate Dentist

We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join a long-standing, single-location practice that recently renovated its office and maintains a loyal patient base and collaborative team. This role offers significant clinical autonomy, mentorship from an experienced dentist, and the possibility of future partnership or ownership for a candidate interested in long-term growth. The dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative and preventive procedures, and patient-centered care while maintaining accurate records in Dentrix. Candidates should have at least one year of clinical experience, hold or be eligible for a Florida dental license, and demonstrate strong clinical, communication, and patient-relations skills with an entrepreneurial mindset. Compensation includes a base salary of $125,000–$150,000 plus 25% production, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, dental benefits, paid vacation and sick time, flexible bonus opportunities, and a four-day work week (Monday–Thursday). The position emphasizes work-life balance, earning potential, and a clear pathway to future ownership.
