Clinical Dental Assistant

Join a private, upscale dental practice as a Dental Assistant, supporting a low-volume, high-quality patient experience. You’ll work chairside in a calm, detail-oriented environment where professionalism, anticipation, and polished bedside manner are valued. This role suits someone who takes pride in clinical accuracy and in delivering concierge-level care from check-in through post-op. Key responsibilities include efficient chairside assistance, maintaining immaculate treatment rooms, keeping audit-ready clinical records, and supporting digital workflows such as scanning, CBCT, and clinical photography when applicable. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate team and patient needs are essential. Two-plus years of assisting experience and familiarity with digital dentistry are preferred, but motivated candidates without experience will be trained. A $500 bonus is offered for an active certified dental assisting license combined with 15 hours of annual continuing education.
