Role Overview
Join a busy, growing dental practice as a Dental Assistant supporting a high-functioning clinical team. In this role you will prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments and treatment rooms, take and record patient histories and x-rays, assist the dentist with procedures and emergencies, and document treatment notes as directed. You’ll also provide postoperative and oral care instructions, maintain infection control and patient privacy, and support front-desk customer service when needed.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of dental assisting experience; completion of an accredited dental assisting program is a plus. You should be able to learn dental terminology and charting software within about 90 days, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be a collaborative, patient-focused team member. Typical patient-care hours are Monday 8:00–3:00 and Tuesday–Thursday 8:00–5:00.
The practice offers competitive pay and a benefits package including medical and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and paid holidays, along with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive workplace culture.
