Registered Dental Hygienist

Join a busy, modern general dentistry practice as a Dental Hygienist, providing preventive care and patient education in a supportive, team-oriented environment. You’ll work with digital systems and advanced equipment, including intraoral scanners and CBCT, and have a full-time hygiene assistant to help streamline patient care. Schedules and appointment lengths are designed to support thorough treatment and ease new graduates into private practice. Daily duties include oral screenings, charting and probing, performing prophylaxis and scaling/root planing, taking X-rays, and using intraoral cameras to educate patients of all ages. Candidates must hold a valid dental hygiene license, be knowledgeable about periodontal health and HIPAA, and demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail. Compensation includes an hourly rate in the $42–$50 range with production/daily bonuses, plus benefits such as health and vision insurance, 401(k) with up to 5% match, PTO, paid holidays, CE and licensure fee coverage, supplemental insurance, scrub allowance, and an employee discount. Typical hours are Monday/Wednesday 9–5, Tuesday/Thursday 8–4, with alternating Fridays 7–2.
