Associate Dentist

Join a busy, multi-doctor practice as an Associate Dentist serving an established patient base from day one. You’ll work in a high-volume, systems-driven office equipped with modern technology and Open Dental, supported by a team of hygienists and experienced clinicians in a collaborative clinical setting. Clinical responsibilities include providing comprehensive, patient-centered care while contributing to practice growth and quality outcomes. Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited school, be licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan, and thrive in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment. New graduates seeking mentorship and experienced dentists looking to expand their practice are encouraged to apply. The position offers a six-month guaranteed base salary of $75,000, transitioning to 30% of collections (or greater) once production exceeds the draw, plus health insurance contributions, fully paid malpractice coverage, CE support, mentorship, and a scrub/uniform allowance.
