DENTIST - $200k Salary

We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a modern, doctor-led practice that emphasizes mentorship and clinical autonomy. New graduates are encouraged to apply; the practice provides hands-on coaching, collaborative teamwork, and access to advanced digital tools such as CBCT, digital x-rays, and scanners so you can focus on delivering quality patient care. Clinical duties include diagnosing, treatment planning, and providing comprehensive general dentistry across a diverse patient base, educating patients on preventive care, and working closely with the dental team to ensure excellent outcomes. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD from an accredited school, possess an active state dental license and DEA, and demonstrate strong communication skills; experience with Eaglesoft is a plus. Compensation includes a competitive guaranteed base salary with monthly production-based bonuses (starting pay from $200,000/year), plus health insurance, malpractice coverage, continuing education support, and opportunities for career advancement and leadership.
