Endodontic Associate
$143k–$183k / yr
Full-TimeRole Overview
We are looking for a full-time Endodontic Associate to join a rapidly growing, patient-focused practice. The role centers on delivering high-quality endodontic care—root canal therapy, retreatments, and apical surgery—while diagnosing pulpal and periapical disease and developing collaborative treatment plans with referring dentists and specialists. You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians and a dedicated administrative team in a modern, well-equipped facility.
Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD and a certificate in Endodontics from an accredited residency, demonstrate strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Responsibilities include patient education, accurate charting and recordkeeping using the practice management system, and coordinating with staff on scheduling and billing to ensure a seamless patient experience.
The position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience (range approximately $143K–$183K/year), a comprehensive benefits package, mentorship and advancement opportunities, and a supportive, team-oriented culture. Schedule is Tuesday through Thursday; a hiring bonus is available for candidates sourced through Jobley.
