Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant to support clinical operations and help deliver excellent patient care. In this role you will assist chairside during procedures, prepare and maintain treatment rooms, uphold sterilization and infection control standards, manage patient records accurately, and use clinical technology to support treatment. The position requires collaboration with doctors and the clinical team to ensure a positive, efficient patient experience. Applicants must hold a current Registered Dental Assistant license in North Dakota; QDA candidates or those seeking QDA hours should not apply. Previous dental practice experience is preferred, and candidates should demonstrate strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and a professional, compassionate approach to patient care.
