We are seeking a General Dentist to join an established practice and work closely with the Owner Dentist in a mentorship capacity. This role is well suited for both experienced clinicians and recent graduates looking to grow their skills in restorations, endodontics, implant care, and other general dentistry procedures, with future opportunities to buy into the practice. The position involves providing comprehensive dental care, expanding clinical expertise through hands-on mentorship, and contributing to patient-centered treatment planning and delivery. Candidates should be committed to continuing education and comfortable performing a range of restorative and surgical procedures as skills develop. Compensation includes a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, potential annual earnings near $150,000, and a guaranteed salary during the credentialing period.
