Dental Assistant

We are seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join a small, close-knit practice that provides general and surgical dentistry, including implant procedures and same-day crowns with CEREC. The role supports four-handed dentistry in a collaborative environment focused on patient care and work-life balance, with typical hours Monday–Thursday, 8–5. Responsibilities include chairside assistance for operative and surgical procedures, instrument sterilization, patient communication, basic equipment maintenance, assisting hygienists, and providing occasional front-desk support. Candidates should have prior dental assisting experience; familiarity with CEREC and Eaglesoft and knowledge of surgical procedures are a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with adherence to OSHA and HIPAA standards, are required. This is a full-time position with pay ranging from $20–$30 per hour and benefits that include 401(k) matching, dental insurance, paid orientation and sick leave, and bereavement leave.
