Dental assistant

We are looking for a full-time, bilingual (English/Spanish) Dental Assistant to join a friendly, team-oriented practice. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow; prior dental assisting experience is helpful but not required. The position involves chairside assistance during procedures, taking and developing dental x-rays (X-ray certification required), maintaining sterilization and infection control protocols, and helping with light administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include assisting dentists to ensure efficient and comfortable patient care, preparing and sanitizing operatories and instruments, providing clear and compassionate communication with patients in both languages, and keeping the clinical area organized and safe. Candidates must be able to perform basic clinical duties, have strong interpersonal skills, and hold or obtain radiography certification. The role offers $16–$18 per hour depending on experience, a $90 hiring bonus through the advertised channel, and a regular schedule that typically runs Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with Saturday shifts 8:00 AM–2:00 PM as needed.
