Associate Dentist

We are seeking a part-time Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive general dentistry with an immediate need for Friday coverage (8:00 AM–2:00 PM). This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys hands-on patient care within a collaborative, doctor-led practice that maintains a steady patient flow and a favorable insurance mix. Candidates with experience in molar endodontics are especially welcome, though all experience levels will be considered. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality restorative and preventive care, managing patient cases in a team-oriented environment, and supporting practice growth over time. Applicants should hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited program and have or be eligible for an active Michigan dental license. Strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication, and a commitment to comprehensive care are desired. Compensation is competitive and offered as either a daily guarantee or a percentage of collections depending on experience, with strong patient demand intended to help you exceed your guarantee. Full-time staff become eligible for benefits after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, CE allowance and access to an online CE platform, occurrence-based malpractice coverage, paid licensing and dues, and paid lab fees.
