Dentist

We are seeking a full-time general Dentist to deliver comprehensive primary dental care in a mission-driven nonprofit setting focused on expanding access and improving patient outcomes. The role involves treating a broad range of dental conditions, providing periodontal care when needed, and working closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care. You will work with modern digital tools such as electronic charting, advanced imaging, and intraoral scanning to support diagnosis and treatment. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD from a U.S. accredited school, an unrestricted Minnesota dental license, and current BLS/CPR certification; completion of a GPR or AEGD is preferred. Professionalism, strong communication, and a patient-centered approach are essential. The position offers a competitive base salary with incentives and is NHSC match-eligible for loan forgiveness programs. Compensation ranges from $160,000 to $220,000 annually and includes an extensive benefits package: 4 weeks PTO plus six paid holidays, employer-matched 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, malpractice insurance, license renewal reimbursement, scrub allowance, short- and long-term disability (including maternity leave), continuing education support, and eligibility for state and federal student loan forgiveness.
