Associate General Dentist

We are seeking a full-time Associate General Dentist to provide comprehensive, patient-focused care in a modern, collaborative practice. In this role you will conduct exams, diagnose conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and perform restorative procedures, extractions, and preventive care while educating patients and promoting oral health. You’ll work alongside a supportive dental team to ensure seamless, high-quality care and contribute to practice improvements through team collaboration. The ideal candidate has solid clinical skills across general dentistry, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and a patient-centered approach. You should be adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable participating in team meetings and initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. Compensation is competitive, with an annual salary range of $150,000 to $300,000 and a sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and a continuing education allowance.
