Dental hygienist

We are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join a small, family-oriented practice that emphasizes gentle, technology-driven care and long-term patient relationships. The role involves providing comprehensive hygiene services, including thorough cleanings, oral cancer screenings, reviewing medical/dental histories, recording clinical findings, and assisting with treatment planning alongside the dentist. Candidates should be comfortable working in a solo-doctor setting and with a variety of insurance plans. Qualified applicants must hold an accredited dental hygiene degree, a current state hygiene license, and up-to-date CPR certification. Competence with local anesthesia, dental radiography, and digital imaging is required; familiarity with Curve DMS, Carestream, DEXIS, and CBCT is preferred. Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient education and preventive care are essential. Compensation ranges from $44–$55 per hour depending on experience.
