We are seeking an energetic Associate Dentist to join a growing private practice where high-quality care, teamwork, and professional growth are emphasized. In this full-time role you will provide general dentistry services—routine exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions—diagnose and manage oral conditions, educate patients on prevention, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with the clinical team. Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD, an active Kentucky dental license, and preferably 2–3 years of clinical experience. The practice offers flexible morning and evening shifts, support for continuing education, and access to modern dental technologies. Compensation is competitive with base pay quoted at $100–$125/hour (approximately $1,000/day or $250,000/year) and significant bonus opportunities that can push total earnings above $350,000 annually.
