Front Desk Assistant/Receptionist
$17–$20 / hr
Full-TimeRole Overview
We are looking for an organized, friendly Front Desk Assistant to serve as the primary patient-facing representative and help keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly. In this role you’ll manage patient check-ins, coordinate appointment schedules, operate a multi-line phone system, and maintain an inviting reception area while ensuring accurate data entry and recordkeeping. You’ll also handle correspondence, assist with calendar logistics, reconcile end-of-day reports, and occasionally contact insurers about benefits and authorizations.
The ideal candidate has reception experience, strong customer service and communication skills, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, and comfort with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Prior dental or medical front-desk experience is a plus but not required; computer literacy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential.
This is a full-time, in-person position paying $17.00–$20.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, life insurance, employee discounts, a flexible schedule, professional development support, and a referral program.
