Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join a busy, patient-focused practice. In this hands-on role you will support dentists during a range of procedures, prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments, take dental x-rays, monitor vitals, and maintain advanced imaging equipment. You’ll also manage electronic patient records, educate patients on post-treatment care, and help ensure infection control and safety standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate holds current RDA licensure, has prior assisting experience in general dentistry or specialties like oral surgery or endodontics, and is comfortable with four-handed dentistry and sterilization protocols. Proficiency with practice management and dental software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar), familiarity with HIPAA and radiation safety, and strong communication skills are required. Compensation ranges from $27.00 to $34.00 per hour. This is an in-person role that offers the chance to expand clinical skills and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented team.
