Endodontic Dental Assistant

Role Overview
Join a close-knit endodontic team as a dental assistant supporting specialty procedures and contributing to a calm, efficient patient experience. This role is suited to a mid-career assistant who is eager to expand into endodontics or already has endo experience and seeks a stable, supportive practice with a consistent schedule.
You will prepare treatment rooms and instruments, take diagnostic x-rays, assist the doctor chairside, document clinical notes, maintain infection-control standards, manage supplies and equipment, and help maintain a positive team culture. Required: dental assistant certification, x‑ray certification, and at least two years of dental assisting experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, reliability, and a calm chairside manner are essential.
Compensation ranges from $24–$32/hour depending on experience, with additional perks including a monthly health allowance, paid holidays, paid time off and sick time, daily performance bonuses, and an employer‑contributed IRA/401(k).
