Dental Hygiene Assistant

We are seeking an energetic Dental Hygiene Assistant to support a busy general dentistry practice. In this hands-on role you’ll assist clinicians during procedures, prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments, perform periodontal charting and screenings, manage patient documentation and x-rays for insurance, and help maintain a clean, safe clinical environment. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential. Candidates with prior clinical experience and familiarity with dental terminology are preferred, though on-the-job training for EMR systems (e.g., Dentrix) will be provided. A working knowledge of infection control, aseptic technique, oral anatomy and dental imaging is important, and you should be comfortable supporting both clinical and some front-desk tasks. Compensation ranges from $20.00–$23.00 per hour.
