Pediatric Dental Assistant

We’re seeking a warm, energetic Pediatric Dental Assistant to join a friendly, team-focused practice. This role involves supporting the dentist during treatments, taking digital x-rays, preparing and sterilizing instruments, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children and families. You’ll also assist with patient flow, recordkeeping, parent communication, and occasional front-desk duties like phone triage and scheduling. The ideal candidate has prior dental experience, current or obtainable radiology and CPR certifications, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine enjoyment of working with kids. Responsibilities include performing clinical tasks such as cleanings and sealants (with training provided), documenting treatment accurately, and being available for quarterly after-hours/on-call rotation.
