Full-TimeRole Overview
Full-time dental assistant position supporting an endodontic practice with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training. The role offers a patient-focused team environment, autonomy, and lighter patient volumes typical of a specialist setting—doctors typically see 4–6 patients per day—resulting in less turnover and stress for assistants. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9–5 with a lunch break.
Primary duties include chairside assistance during procedures, taking and processing X-rays, and instrument sterilization. Candidates should have at least one year of dental assisting experience, hold RDA/CDA credentials, and possess X-ray/radiography certification. A valid driver’s license and a team-oriented attitude are required; training will be provided as needed.
Pay ranges from $22–$26 per hour, with competitive salary reviews annually. Benefits include paid sick time, paid time off/vacation, free parking, and potential sign-on/signing bonuses for contracted hires.
