We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a modern, patient-focused practice. This role offers a four-day workweek with Mondays off, clinical autonomy, mentorship from experienced clinicians, and opportunities for professional growth within a growing dental organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about comprehensive care, building lasting patient relationships, and expanding clinical skills. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and have (or be able to obtain) an active Tennessee dental license; one or more years of clinical experience is preferred.
