Surgical Dental Assistant – Implants | Bonus Eligible

We are seeking energetic Dental Assistants to join a growing implant-focused practice. In this role you will support surgical procedures and patient care by preparing operatories, taking impressions and X-rays, assisting during surgeries, and ensuring safety and comfort throughout each visit. Prior experience in surgical assisting or implant dentistry is a plus, along with strong communication and attention to detail. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate ($23–$28/hour) with opportunity for significant additional earnings through monthly bonuses (up to $2,000) and other incentive pay. The position emphasizes a team-oriented environment and high standards of patient care.
