Associate Dentist

We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join a long-standing, privately owned multi-doctor practice. The role offers a stable patient base, modern digital technology (including CBCT), in-house specialty care, and a collaborative environment where both experienced clinicians and strong recent graduates can receive mentorship and build a long-term career. Clinical responsibilities include providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care across restorative, preventive and specialty procedures with support from experienced colleagues. Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited school and have (or be able to obtain) an active New Jersey license; residency or prior experience is preferred but exceptional new graduates are welcome. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. Compensation includes a competitive package with an initial daily guarantee that transitions to a percentage-based model, plus health insurance and retirement options.
