Dental Hygienist

Witt Family Dentistry in Hiawatha, IA seeks a skilled dental hygienist for a part-time (2–4 days/week, Mon–Thu) position with the option to transition to full-time. Compensation is $40–$45 per hour and the role includes benefits such as 401(k) with matching, CE reimbursement, license renewal and uniform coverage; full-time staff also receive PTO, paid holidays, and optional health insurance. The practice is a modern, fully digital four-room office using XL Dent and Dexis, offering new operatory equipment and assistants to support sterilization, charting, radiographs, and room setup. The hygienist will provide routine cleanings and some SRP, seeing patients primarily on an hourly schedule while delivering personalized care in a busy, patient-focused setting. A current dental hygienist license and ability to commute to Hiawatha, IA 52233 are required.
