General Dentist

We are seeking a dedicated dentist to join a busy, family-focused practice known for high patient satisfaction and a collaborative team culture. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering compassionate, precise care and values clear communication and professional integrity. Candidates must have completed a PGY-1 residency or have at least one year of clinical experience. Scheduled hours are fixed: Monday 11:00 am–8:00 pm, Wednesday 9:00 am–6:00 pm, and alternating Saturdays 8:00 am–1:00 pm, with potential to add more days and hours as the practice grows. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and offers opportunities for increased responsibility and schedule expansion over time. Compensation is percentage-based.
