Dental Assistant

Ardente Dental in Frankfort, IN is seeking a full-time Hygiene Assistant to provide clinical support in a fast-paced general practice, offering competitive pay from $22 to $26 per hour. The position follows a rotating 4-day work week (Mon–Thu one week, Tue–Fri the next), providing a four-day weekend every other week. Responsibilities include seating patients, preparing treatment rooms, updating medical histories, taking digital radiographs, coronal polishing, fluoride application, clinical charting, and supporting sterilization and infection-control procedures. The practice seeks a detail-oriented, team-focused candidate with strong communication and organizational skills who is comfortable working with patients of all ages; prior dental experience is a plus but not required.
